Blackbourn will plan and maintain inventory levels by SKU (stock-keeping unit). We have created pull-based inventory requirements based on actual customer demand via weekly reports. Blackbourn also manages inventory through regularly scheduled deliveries. This allows us to respond to unexpected demand through target inventory maintenance and to rely on our in-house stock to meet changing demands.

Blackbourn has a standard stock line of products available for general use. We can also set up inventory programs for specific customers and parts based upon projected requirements via blanket orders.

Fulfillment 
Blackbourn is dedicated to establishing an accurate, high-speed and reliable fulfillment of your new product or packaging line. We will customize any of our packaging products to meet each customer's specific criteria. We are constatly seeking new ways to improve your current packaging and its cost effectiveness. Distribution 
At Blackbourn we provide convenient same day shipping for all of our customers. Our in house assortment of stock allows us to meet the packaging demands of our clients if changes should occur.

Shrink Wrapping 
Shrink wrapping is a method where a thin plastic film is shrunk around the given product. In order to use with clamshell packaging, the components will need to be fulfilled first. Blackbourn can offer this option to you to meet your final packaging requirements.
