Quality policy at Blackbourn is to provide products and services that meet or exceed the expectations and requirements of our external and internal customers.
Company quality policy applies to all products and services provided by the company. A quality management system is developed to provide framework to allow accomplishment of our quality objectives and goals. This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.
To achieve this we will:
- Provide each associate with the training, tools, skills, and motivation to produce the high quality products and services which meet or exceed our customers' needs.
- Empower the work force so that everyone is responsible and accountable for achieving the goal of superior quality products and services.
- Give quality and customer service the same emphasis as the financial and productivity aspects of the business.
- Support the Blackbourn company quality system and the continuous improvement philosophy that the system encompasses.
Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.
