Warehousing Policy

Scope of Services: The Customer and Company have agreed to enter into this contract that states the Company will produce and ship the stated quantities and products stipulated on Customer’s Purchase Order. Customer agrees to receive all products stipulated on the contract within the period of time stated on Customer’s Purchase Order. If Customer does not complete the contract within the stated period of time, Warehouse Fees will be assessed as stated below for warehousing of products produced but not shipped.

Timing: Purchase orders received from Customers that do not contain a contract duration will be assigned a 6 month term with applicable fees being assessed as stated below beginning on day one of the eighth month.

Fees for Non Compliance: Contracts that are not completed within the duration of the time period stated on Customer’s Purchase Order or time period assigned by Company as stated in “Timing” above will be assessed warehousing fees as follows:

  • Flat fee of $200/month or 1.5% of sales value of remaining units of Customers’s purchase order, whichever is greater.
  • Fees will begin one month after expiration of contract.
  • Customer will be contacted 2 months prior to expiration of contract by a sales person to discuss balance of contract and upcoming expiration date.
  • Fees will be assessed for 3 months on a monthly basis.


Non Compliance: If after three months of warehousing fees being assessed the Customer has not yet fulfilled the contract, Company will generate a final invoice to include charges listed below and ask for direction on how products should be disposed of.

Charges to be included on final invoice:

  • Units not shipped
  • Costs to dispose of units if so instructed
  • Costs to ship units to customer if so instructed
  • Raw material costs of units not produced on contract


Company will make every effort to work with Customer to ensure that the terms of the contract are adhered to. Customer is encouraged to keep Company informed of any changes that develop that may cause the contract to not be completed as entered into.
